At Moonshine Lamp Co., Shipping and Returns we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality, customized light fixtures. We ask that you take time and care when choosing the piece that’s right for your space by exploring our stain and metal color samples and taking measurements as needed. Please understand that all of our items are handmade to order, and we offer endless customization options for every piece we manufacture.
Shipping Information
Please note that our domestic packages are shipped via UPS, and you will be provided with tracking information for your order. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. For international orders, we ship via USPS.
Light bulbs will NOT be provided to customers outside of North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) as the voltage required is not available in our location. 240v bulbs will work with our fixtures, but they are not included with your purchase.
Return Information
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.
We do accept returns, but please note that our fixtures are made to order. We welcome as many questions as you have regarding size, finish or any other aspects of our light fixtures. If you’re unsure about sizing, we’re happy to offer our opinions on a suitable dimension for your space. Due to the fact that we do spend our valuable time to make every fixture in our catalog, we do require a 25% restocking fee for returns.
Please note that completely customized fixtures that do not appear in our regular catalog are the exception and cannot be returned.
Should you need to redirect a package that has already been shipped, please be aware that there will be a $25 fee. To avoid this, we ask that you double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, or that you notify us as soon as possible if there is an error.
