Such a beautiful piece. we took a piece of live edge Aspen and fastened these lovely pebbled blue glass vases that we handout at the bottoms. We’ll be sending this to a new home on the east coast.
We just finished this awesome horrific version of The Warehouser, just in time for your funky halloween parties. Boo!
This is still a work in progress, as we have to work out the details of the pulley system. But, this rustic bohemian style bottle lamp has been a great challenge and great fun to bring to life. Stay tuned as we get this ready to roll off the assembly line. It actually raises and lowers so you can clean the glass and change the bulbs. Once you’re done, you just have to push it up and raise it into place. The beautiful brass vessel is a weight that balances out the fixture.
We’re in the process of designing a super cool light fixture. This is something we’ve been wanting to do for some time, and are now finally rolling up our sleeves to make things happen. This is another manifestation of lamps with pulleys, as that theme is as strong as ever. We found this new unfinished brass vessel and did some work to it. We added the arms and wheels and gave it a distressed look. On to the next phase of construction!
It’s very cool to take a customer’s raw concept and turn it into a piece of art and function. This is a new product line for our distributor in Bahrain, made from two recycled Voss water bottles.
We’ve a great number of requests for this fixture, as we’ve managed to locate the pulley that we used for this, originally. It was hard to come by, but we’re back on track. This fixture was originally made as a custom piece for a restaurant in Jackson Wyoming.
We’re just revamping a few things for this fixture, but we’ll have it up an running, shortly. Just send us an inquiry with any questions.
First, we held another installation of our ever popular Bottle Lamp Workshop. Good times, all around. Our fabulous students learned to cut their favorite wine bottles and wire them into fabulous bottle light pendant lamps. We include all of the chills and thrills, including a vintage style edison bulb. If you want to check out a workshop, just drop us a line here. We set up workshops for a minimum of two people.
Next up was some focused alone time for our resident designer. We overcame some hurdles to make some great progress in our newest chandelier prototype. We can’t wait to show you the finished product.
We love glass so much that we’ve decided to come out with a totally new product line. These are glass cylindrical vases that can either be used for flowers or as luminaries. You just have to drop 4 little tea light candles in the base in order to see the artwork glow and dance as a beautiful evening centerpiece. Check out our new designshere. We have made these available in our brick and mortar shop for several years now, and just decided to put them on line with a whole bunch of new designs.
Right now we only have a few up on the site, but we’ll be adding more styles every day, as we build up our online catalog. Right now we have roughly 30 designs available, so if you have an idea in mind, don’t hesitate to drop us a line. We know you’re visiting a website, but there are real people behind it and we love talking to folks and answering questions about our products. Don’t hesitate to call. From Los Feliz in Los Angeles, to Upland, 40 miles east, it’s been a busy weekend installing some new custom pieces. Mid Century seems to be in the air, as of late. Check out these great fixtures in the style of the Atomic Age. Keep in mind that we can make these fixtures with any bottle styles that you want.
Both homeowners are in the middle of remodeling these spaces, so we’re hopeful that we can get some great pictures, once the rooms are completed. Stay tuned!
Definitely went outside the box, for this custom lamp. No bottles, for this amazing all natural tree branch chandelier for an awesome lake house installation up in the state of Washington.
